Department Core Job Scope
- Identify welfare issues through surveys, engagement sessions and direct communication with students.
- Take note of college fees, college placement for students, college fines or vehicle fines.
- Provide support and assistance for students facing academic, financial or personal problems.
- Ensure inclusion for all students including students with disabilities, international students and minority students.
- Organize programs and workshops on mental health, safety and personal well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of welfare initiatives and suggest improvements.
