- Responsible as the main leader of MPP to achieve objectives aligned with discussions and established goals.
- Official representative of students at university and national levels.
- Mediator in ensuring unity, mutual understanding, smooth organizational operations, and commitment of executives in fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Responsible for establishing and chairing all MPP working committees.
- Assist in managing administration and student affairs.
- Responsible for managing student activities under MPP's purview.
- Represent MPP in relations with external parties and media.
- Authority to appoint secretariat upon advice of the MPP Supreme Council.
